CUEL joined inside the 5th International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC), Bangkok, Thailand

During 7 – 9 February 2012, CUEL had joined the 2011 International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC) at the Bangkok Convention Center at Central World. The 2011 IPCT was inaugurated by H.E.
